DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:

• Prepare Classic Cocktails and possible Twists;
• Control the preparation of drinks ensuring the quality of the product served;
• Monitor beverage inventory to ensure that adequate stock is maintained;
• Monitor the cleanliness of equipment and bar area, paying attention to hygiene standards and safety violations
• Review beverage sales and costs and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting.
